AN ATTACKER who assaulted a police officer and damaged a police car will be sentenced later this month.
Declan Powell entered a guilty plea to one count of causing criminal damage and one count of assaulting an emergency worker by beating when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in August.
The court heard from prosecutor Melanie Winterflood that the 23-year-old had, without lawful excuse, intentionally or recklessly destroyed a police vehicle's wing mirrors in Hereford on August 6.

He will appear before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing on August 29.
