UPDATE: The road was reopened at 6pm on August 20.
A HEREFORDSHIRE road is currently blocked after a car crashed into a telegraph pole.
Emergency services were called to the A438 at Swainshill earlier this afternoon (Sunday).
Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said they assisted police to make the scene safe, with one person treated by paramedics.
Herefordshire Council has said the road is currently closed between the Kenchester and Stretton Sugwas turnings.
