Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (HWFRS), meanwhile, sent two crews sent around two hours later.
A HWFRS spokesperson said that the fire was on the first floor of a property.
“They extinguished the flames with two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and using one hose reel jet," said the spokesperson.
“All people were accounted for. The property was fully ventilated with no further fire spread and the HWFRS crews left the scene at 2.48am.
“The police and a fire investigation team were requested to investigate the cause of the fire. Investigations are ongoing.”
Dimbylow was due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today (Monday).
