HEATWAVE conditions will hit Herefordshire, bringing a late summer after weeks of unsettled weather.
The heatwave is expected to reach a temperature of 27C, kicking off the autumn with a warm spell.
According to the Met Office, early mist will gradually clear tomorrow morning (Sunday, September 3), allowing us to enjoy fine weather with sunny spells through the rest of the day. It will feel warm, forecasters say, with winds remaining light.
As the week continues, we'll see more warm weather with plenty of sunshine.
The highest temperature we can expect is 27C around the middle of the week, most likely on Wednesday, September 6.
These sunny spells will dominate the majority of the UK until mid-September, with temperatures dipping closer to the seasonal average around Saturday, September 16.

It comes as the Met Office said this summer, dominated by warm and wet conditions, was Britain's eighth-warmest summer since 1884.
This was mainly attributed to record-breaking temperatures in June.
But the Met Office noted it was a summer of mixed conditions, with it also being wetter than on average.
