BEEFY Boys spent the weekend at a London festival where food lovers were able to enjoy their award-winning burgers - and they completely sold out.
The Hereford-based business showcased their wood fired dry aged pastrami sliders at the Meatopia festival, an event celebrating all things BBQ.
One of the Beefy Boys founders, Anthony Murphy, said: "We had an amazing time at Meatopia, cooking over real fire in the absolutely scorchingly hot weather. It was an honour to be asked to attend and cook alongside some of the best chefs in the UK. We sold out as well which was amazing. It was so nice to see so much support in London."

Mr Murphy holds the title of Burger Chef of the Year and recently appeared on the BBC One's Saturday Kitchen.
Founded in Hereford in 2011, Beefy Boys have built up a solid reputation as creators of outstanding food in the culinary world. They are known for using 100 per cent Hereford beef in their burgers, sourced from local butchers Neil Powell and local farmer Johnny Morris.
Their restaurants include the flagship Hereford premises, as well as more recent openings in Shrewsbury and Cheltenham.
They often attend local events serving food from their truck, but are in demand across the UK. Meatopia is an annual festival taking place at Tobacco Dock in London, a Victorian warehouse now used as an event venue.
