A driver has admitted to being well over the drugs limit when she was behind the wheel on the A49 in Hereford.
Colleen Young, of Aubrey Street, Hereford, was driving a Volvo in Victoria Street, towards the Belmont roundabout, on June 3.
Mark Hambling, prosecuting at Hereford Magistrates Court, said the 51-year-old had 116 micrograms of ketamin and 207ug of Benzoylecgonine (the main metabolite of cocaine) in her blood respectively. The legal limits are 20ug and 50ug respectively.
Young, who was represented by Chris Reid, was handed an interim disqualification ahead of her next appearance in court on September 26.
She was given unconditional bail.
