A BARN with permission for conversion is up for sale in Herefordshire.
The agents said Tuck Mill Barn, Marstow, comes complete with planning permission to convert it into a home with four bedrooms, including a master with en-suite bathroom, open plan kitchen and dining room, and sitting room.
The barn comes with one acre of land, while up to 16 acres of land is available by separate negotiation.

Mains water and electricity are understood to be connected nearby, the agents said.
In a planning application approved by Herefordshire Council in January this year, the applicants said the barn is a portal-framed agricultural barn, constructed from a mixture of breeze blocks on the lower half and corrugated iron above, with a corrugated iron roof and one open side.
The application said that the site had been used as storage for a number of years.
Grassroots Planning said in a planning statement that Big Pictures Dseign's overall design for the site "has been carefully considered to reflect traditional barn openings and maintain an agricultural characteristic and vernacular".
