A DRUG-driver caught out while three times the limit in Hereford has been banned from the roads.
Devon Gleed entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the drug limit when appearing before magistrates in Hereford in September.
The court heard from prosecutor Thomas Wickstead that Gleed had been caught out in Hereford's Ross Road after getting behind the wheel of a Renault Clio while over the drug-driving limit on April 17.

An evidential blood test revealed that Gleed had six microgrammes of class B controlled drug cannabis product delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two microgrammes.
Gleed, of Glasnant Close, Clehonger, was fined £210 and disqualified from driving for 12 months for the offence, with magistrates saying they had taken the guilty plea into account when imposing the penalty.
The 24-year-old was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and an £84 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
