MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Philip Lionel Stackhouse admitted one count of speeding to magistrates in Newport in September.
The court heard that the 76-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Range Rover on the A465 at Pandy on March 11.
Stackhouse, of Mount Crescent, Hereford, was fined £40 and received three penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £16 victim surcharge.

Laura Jane Davies entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Llanelli in September.
The court heard that the 42-year-old BMW X3 driver had been caught speeding in a 70 miles per hour zone on the A40 Brecon Bypass in Powys on February 19.
Davies, of Bradnor View Close, Kington, was fined £40 and received three penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £16 victim surcharge.
Angela Louise Willis admitted one count of speeding to magistrates in Llanelli in September.
The court heard that the 53-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Land Rover Freelander in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A470 at Llyswen in Powys on February 20.
Willis, of Llangarron, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £154 and received three penalty points. She was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £61 victim surcharge.
