A HEREFORD man has been fined for being drunk and disorderly in Hereford.
Koby McLaughlin, of Chester Close, told magistrates that he had no excuses for the incident that happened in Blueschool Street at 10pm on August 10.
Eleanor Peart, prosecuting at Hereford Magistrates Court, said a police officer described the 20-year-old as having "aggressive body language" and wouldn't calm down.
The court heard that this is the second such offence McLaughlin had committed.
He was fined £61 and told to pay court costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £24 respectively.
