The court heard from the prosecutor that the business, which is based in Ledbury's Bromyard Road, had been required to give information relating to the driver of a Bentley, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, to police in Dorset on November 19, 2022.
But the Herefordshire company had failed to do so, the magistrates were told.
European Aviation Air Charter Ltd was fined £1,500 for the offence. The business was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £600 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
