A HEREFORD driver has been fined by magistrates after leaving his engine running.
Ryan Spink entered a guilty plea to one count of failing to comply with a public spaces protection order to magistrates in Uxbridge in September.

The court heard from the prosecutor that the 26-year-old had left a stationary parked vehicle with its engine idling in Mondial Way, Harlington, on February 24, an act prohibited by a public spaces protection order in place in the London borough of Hillingdon since October 2020.
Spink, of Queenswood Drive, Hereford, was fined £100 for the offence, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when imposing the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £208.72 and a £40 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
