THE roads north of Hereford are totally neglected.
Every road from Presteigne into Herefordshire is in a dreadful state and nothing has been done to them for at least 14 years that I know of.
The road to Kington is full of holes by the Rodd following the floods at the beginning of the year.

As soon as you pass from Powys into Herefordshire on the way to Leintwardine, the road starts to break up and become more like a cart track, which is what the road to Walton already is.
I could name many more but these examples will serve to show just how bad things are around here.
