A THIEF has been up before the magistrates after stealing from Ryman, Hotel Chocolat, and Wilko in Hereford.
Adrian Baltaret entered guilty pleas to three counts of theft from a shop when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in October.

The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 52-year-old had stolen various items worth a total of £52.48 from Ryman, a bottle of gin worth £26 from Hotel Chocolat, and bedding worth £38 from Wilko, all in Hereford. on August 30.
Baltaret, of Salters Close, Worcester was fined £80 for the offences, with magistrates saying that they had taken his guilty pleas into account when imposing the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £32 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
