NEW tenants are wanted at a former Herefordshire bank after it closed earlier this year.
The former HSBC in Ross-on-Wye's Gloucester Road is on the market with agents 99Home Ltd for £34,920 per annum.
The agents said the closed bank enjoys a prime pitch near the town's Wetherspoon pub, Specsavers, Ladbrokes, One Stop, Dominos, and more.
The building offers a 1,315-square-foot ground floor, 1,042 square feet of usable basement space, and a 454-square-foot first floor.
It also has rear access and parking for several vehicles, the agents said.

At the time of closure, HSBC said 92 per cent of branch customers were registered for telephone banking, while 56 per cent were registered for internet and mobile banking services.
Just 35 per cent of customers relied on branch-only banking, HSBC said, with 153 personal banking customers using the branch in 10 months, while 145 business customers used it in the same time period.
The branch closed its doors for the final time on June 20, one of 114 that the bank announced in November last year that it would be closing.
HSBC said that more people were choosing online banking over using a physical branch to do their banking and that the number of people visiting the branch has dropped by 65 per cent over the course of five years.
