A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been fined after admitting drug driving.
Ian Jennings, of Dovecote Lane, Credenhill, was driving a white Vauxhall Astra van in Munstone Road on April 5 when he was stopped by police due to appearing not to have any insurance.
He was taken to the police station when toxicology results came back positive for Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (2.1 micrograms per 100 millilitres of blood) and Benzoylecgonine (244ug/l), the main products of cannabis and cocaine respectively.

The 42-year-old pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving and one count of having no third-party insurance.
In defence, Chris Reid said his client had been going through some difficult times and knew he made a mistake.
Jennings was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £430 for the excess Benzoylecgonine offence. His driving licence will also receive six penalty points for having no insurance, while Jennings will have to pay court costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £172 respectively.
