MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Michael Charlton-Hubble admitted one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 71-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A465 Belmont Road in Hereford on March 22.
Charlton-Hubble, of Lower Lydbrook, Gloucestershire, was fined £40 and received three penalty points for the offence. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £16 victim surcharge.

John Stephen Gwizdala admitted one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 57-year-old Toyota driver had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Hildersley, Ross-on-Wye, on July 1.
Gwizdala, of Newton St Margarets, Herefordshire, was fined £266 and received three penalty points. He must also pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £106 victim surcharge.
Rosie Watkins entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 22-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Citroen in a 50 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Pencraig on July 4.
Watkins, of Ancre Hill Lane, Monmouth, was fined £484 and received six penalty points. She was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £193 victim surcharge.
