A TEENAGER caught out on the roads in Hereford without a licence has been fined by magistrates.
Kaloyan Emanuilov entered a guilty plea to one count of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence to magistrates in Worcester in October.
The court heard from the prosecutor that the 18-year-old had been caught driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Abbotsmead Road in Belmont, Hereford, on April 29.

But, magistrates were told, Emanuilov did not have a licence authorising him to drive a vehicle of that class.
Emanuilov, of Bentley Drive, Eaton Bishop, was fined £146 and received six penalty points for the offence, with magistrates saying that they had taken his guilty plea to the charge into account when deciding on the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £58 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
