A DRUG-driver caught out on the roads while more than three times the limit has been banned by magistrates.
Neil Burr entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the drug limit when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in October.
The court heard from prosecutor Tim Talbot-Webb that the 42-year-old had been caught out in Hereford's Green Wilding Road after getting behind the wheel of a grey Honda Civic while over the drug-driving limit on October 25.

An evidential blood test revealed that he had 6.8 microgrammes of class B controlled drug cannabis product delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two microgrammes.
Burr, of Pairmain Drive, Holmer, was fined £400 and disqualified from driving for 12 months, with magistrates saying that they had taken his guilty plea into account when deciding on the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £910 and a £160 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
