A DEVELOPMENT site is up for sale near Herefordshire's Cadbury factory.
The site, which extends to around 1.30 hectares, is on the market with agents Jackson Preece for £650,000.
The agents said the brownfield site, which is in open countryside but also close to the Marlbrook Cadbury factory, is strategically positioned near the A49 and with frontage to the B4361.

The site was previously used as a waste transfer site, the agents said, and comes complete with planning permission for the development of three commercial units and associated drainage infrastructure over part of the site granted in July last year.
Further adjoining land may be available to purchase by separate negotiation, Jackson Preece said, with a right of way to be granted to the vendor to access any retained land.
Mains water and electricity are available, the agents said, while the consented development is served by a private package treatment plant.
