A THIEF has been up before the magistrates after stealing hundreds of pounds worth of goods from Hereford's TK Maxx shop.
Tiberiu Ionas entered a guilty plea to one count of theft from a shop when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in November.
The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 27-year-old, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Marilena Di Vitantonio, had stolen hundreds of pounds worth of clothing from Hereford's Old Market TK Maxx shop on September 13.

The total value of his haul of stolen goods totalled £349, magistrates were told by the prosecutor.
Ionas, of Heywood Road, Cinderford, was fined £300 for the offence, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when imposing the penalty.
He was also ordered to pay a £120 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
