STREET food, craft fairs, and performers will be joining the celebrations as one Herefordshire town switches on its Christmas lights this week.
Bromyard's Christmas lights switch-on will take place on November 18, with an afternoon of entertainment planned ahead of the main event.
Kicking off from noon will be Santa's Parade on Wheels at the Conquest Theatre car park. Head along with a pram, scooter, bike, skates, or anything else with wheels decked out with Christmas decorations for a chance to win £25.
Children will have a chance to meet Father Christmas at Falcon Mews from 12.30pm to 4.40pm, with slots available to be booked via conquest-theatre.co.uk.
A street market promising a variety of stalls will be open in Pump Street from noon, with local business Alfie's Kitchen serving up favourites alongside other businesses offering everything from Chinese dumplings to Greek goodies.
Musical entertainment will be provided in Pump Street by Andy Libby, The Decibelles, Conquest Theatre Singers, and more.
