Callum Woodhouse entered guilty pleas to one count of criminal damage and one count of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm, or distress when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in November.

The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 22-year-old, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Edmund Middleton, had intentionally or recklessly destroyed a wet floor sign and a smoke detector belonging to Hedley Lodge in Hereford without lawful excuse on August 17.
He had also used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm, or distress to a man at Hedley Lodge on the same date, the court heard.
Woodhouse, of Bath Street, Rhyl, who previously worked as a binman in Hereford, was ordered to pay compensation of £200, with magistrates saying that they had taken his guilty plea into account.
