A "SUPERB" development site in a Herefordshire village is up for sale.
The site, in Shobdon, extends to 0.34 acres and is on the market with agents Powells for a guide price of £320,000.
It comes complete with permission to replace the current bungalow with a four-bedroom detached bungalow, while an additional application to build two bungalows on the site has been recommended for approval and is currently pending, the agents said.
Powells said the site offers "an exciting opportunity to acquire a development site providing for the construction of a replacement modern architecturally designed high-quality detached four-bedroom bungalow with garage in the popular village of Shobdon with the possibility of increasing to two dwellings subject to consent being granted".

The approved home would have an entrance hall, cloakroom, utility, open plan kitchen, dining, and sitting room, independent sitting room, three standard double bedrooms, master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room, and a family bathroom.
The alternative plans are four one three-bedroom bungalow and a two-bedroom bungalow, which the agents said have been recommended for approval subject to phosphate credits becoming available.
