A JEEP driver has escaped a roads ban after failing to tell police who was behind the wheel of her car.
Paula Susan Milton appeared before magistrates in Bodmin for sentencing after she was proven guilty of one count of failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle when required.

The court heard from the prosecutor that the 66-year-old had failed to give information relating to the driver of a Jeep, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, to police in Devon on February 27.
Milton, of Manor Close, Almeley, was fined £300 and received six penalty points for the offence.
No totting disqualification was made as, magistrates said, a roads ban would cause exceptional hardship as she is the carer of a frail elderly relative and it would affect her work for the community.
