A LONG-ESTABLISHED Herefordshire shop will be closing soon.
Celebrations, a card, gift and fancy-dress shop in Leominster’s Corn Square is set to be permanently shut after serving the town for many years.
A sign has appeared on the shop’s door announcing that all stock is subject to a 50 per cent discount due to the imminent closure.
Locals have been flocking to the store to say their farewells and make the most out of the sales.

People have also taken to social media to express their sadness, with Jane Griffiths saying: “This is sad news and you will be missed very much.
“We’ll miss the great prices and window displays, the friendship, conversations and all of you.
“Thanks for everything and all the best for future plans.”
After the doors are closed Leominster will be left with only one independent card shop, Best Wishes, which is situated in the High Street.
Competition may soon arrive, however, as earlier this year the Card Factory chain was granted planning consent for new signage at a premises in the same street as Best Wishes.
