A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after an incident on a bridge in Hereford.
At around 11pm on Saturday night (December 2), emergency services were called to Greyfriars Bridge because of concerns for a woman's safety.

Firefighters and boat crews from Hereford were called but their services were not required.
The fire service said the woman, who was in her 30s, was removed from the bridge by police.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 11.01pm on Saturday night. One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended the scene. On arrival we discovered one patient, a woman. Once brought to safety, the patient was assessed by staff and taken to hospital."
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Following a call around 11pm on Saturday evening officers attended Greyfriars Bridge. A person was taken away from danger."
