A "HIGHLY rated" Herefordshire business is on the market after thirty years in the same ownership.
The garage, which was founded by the current owners and is described as a "real family concern" is on the market with agents Hilton Smythe for £299,999.
Set in Ledbury's Homend Industrial Estate, Camnic Motors Ltd offers a full range of services, MOTs, vehicle repairs, and maintenance.
Hilton Smythe said it prides itself on using the latest technology and fault-finding software to ensure repairs are carried out quickly, has many regular customers, and a "fantastic reputation for customer care and service, reliability and great pricing".
It also has an accessory shop offering vehicle cleaning equipment, lubricants and accessories, while the sale will also include the company website.

The agents said the current owners are happy to offer a handover to ensure the continued success of the garage.
There is scope for further development, Hilton Smythe said, including increasing advertising and signage and introducing a loyalty card scheme.
The business, which is located in a busy industrial estate, has 16 allocated parking spaces outside, while inside is a customer waiting area, toilets, kitchen, staff room, offices and "very large" workshop with front and rear roller doors, extra-long MOT bay, ramps for commercials and cars, tyre area and much more.
The agents said the sale will include all fixtures, fittings, and equipment pursuant to the running of the business alongside a Vauxhall pickup for recovery work and an Isuzu pickup leased by the business.
The business is being sold on a leasehold basis with an original 21-year lease in place, with rent currently £9,127 per quarter.
