AN ICONIC Herefordshire hotel and wedding venue has been put on the market.
The striking Edwardian Colwall Park Hotel in Colwall is being advertised (leasehold) by agents Christie & Co.
Dating back to 1904 and within striking distance of the Malvern Hills, the hotel has been in its current ownership since 2014.
The agents said the dog-friendly business caters for a wide range of clientele ranging from romantic getaways and walking breaks, to weddings, conferences and events.
It has a wealth of period features, including exposed beams, wood panelling, lead-lined windows, and log burners, alongside modern yet sympathetic interiors and décor.
Inside, the public areas of the hotel include two bars, a restaurant, function rooms, conferencing rooms, and a banqueting hall, alongside a modern commercial kitchen.
It also offers 22 'comfy and sizeable' en-suite bedrooms, the agents said.

A 10-bedroom staff accommodation block requires attention and offers potential redevelopment opportunities, Christie & Co said.
Fixtures and fittings, excluding items personal to the owners, are included in the leasehold sale.
Outside, the hotel has extensive grounds, including a lawned area with mature trees, shrubs, and borders, a paved terrace suitable for alfresco dining, and a gravelled car park.
Christie & Co said the hotel could benefit from some updating, but provides a fantastic base to work from and increase trade and business.
The hotel is being offered on a leasehold business and is held on a 25 year full repairing and insuring lease from July 15, 2014, with a current rent of £122,119.97 per annum paid quarterly in advance.
Christie & Co said rent reviews are held on the annual anniversary of the lease based on RPI, while the landlord may be prepared to consider a sale of the freehold.
