TWO more fly tippers have been fined by magistrates after dumping rubbish in a country lane near Hereford.

Nevin Marinov and Marcin Pawel Szymanski each entered guilty pleas to one count of depositing controlled or extractive waste on land without an environmental permit, and one count of handling, controlling, or transferring controlled waste without taking reasonable measures when they appeared before magistrates in Hereford in November.

The court heard from the prosecutor that Marinov and Szymanski, who were represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Chris Read, had dumped controlled waste including a sofa, doors, radiators, wooden chairs, and bed frame, and other general waste on the C1226 at Callow in Herefordshire without an environmental permit between December 16 and January 4.
