FLOOD alerts remain in force for rivers across Herefordshire this morning after more heavy rain hit the county.

River Frome
Flooding is expected to affect low-lying land along the Frome from Bromyard to Hereford. Other locations that may be affected include Bishops Frome and Yarkhill.
River levels are expected to remain high until today, December 11.
River Leadon catchment
Flooding expected to affect low-lying land and roads adjacent to the Leadon. Locations that may be affected include Ledbury, Much Marcle, Staunton and Tibberton, while water may be out of bank at Upleadon Court.
Flood water can contain hidden dangers such as lifted manhole covers, sharp objects, sewage and chemicals.

River Lugg south of Leominster
Flooding expected to affect low-lying land and roads adjacent to the Lugg south of Leominster from Stoke Prior to Mordiford. Other locations that may be affected include Bodenham, Lugwardine and Hampton Bishop.
River levels are expected to remain high for several days.
Weather forecast
The Met Office said today will be largely dry with sunny spells, in a welcome change from yesterday, before turning unsettled overnight, when a band of heavy rain and blustery rain will sweep eastwards from the west in the early hours.

Tuesday will be cloudy with frequent, sometimes heavy, showers, the Met Office said.
Wednesday is expected to be drier but breezy, with rain sinking southeastwards during Thursday morning.
Drier and brighter conditions will follow and continue into Friday.
