MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Anthony Scott Hopkins entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 34-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a BMW in a 50 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Pencraig in Herefordshire on August 30.
Hopkins, of Falcon Road, Barry, was fined £440 and received six penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £176 victim surcharge.

Natasha Meredith Williams entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 36-year-old Subaru driver had been caught speeding in a 60 miles per hour zone on the A465 Bewdley Bypass in Worcestershire on August 20.
Williams, of Ludlow Road, Leominster, was fined £230 and received six penalty points. She was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £92 victim surcharge.
Shaun Rowley was proven guilty of one count of speeding by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 43-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Mercedes in a 60 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Ganarew in Herefordshire on May 3.
Rowley, of Castle Court in Church Village, Pontypridd, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.
