A DRIVER swerved to avoid a dog in the road before crashing with another car in Herefordshire on Friday (December 15).
The crash happened in Holme Lacy near Hereford, on the B4224, at around 5pm.

The Hereford Times reported how the road was closed for several hours after the crash.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We received a call around 5pm on Friday evening (December 15). Officers attended the incident to find two vehicles involved.
"It was established that the first car had swerved to miss a dog that was on the road. There were no arrests."
