AN AUDI driver has been handed an alcohol treatment and a curfew after he was caught out on the roads while three times the drink-driving limit.
Mark Jones entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the alcohol limit when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in December.
The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 41-year-old had been caught out Leominster's Caradoc Drive after getting behind the wheel of an Audi A1 while over the drink driving limit on September 25.

An evidential breath test revealed that he had 105 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, which is three times the legal limit of 35 microgrammes.
Jones, of Paradise Court, Leominster, was handed a two-year community order with a 12 month alcohol treatment order and three-month curfew with electronic tag requiring him to remain at home from 7pm to 7am.
He was also disqualified from driving for 48 months and ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £114 victim surcharge.
