A DRUG-driver caught out at the petrol station in Hereford's Holmer Road while over the limit has been banned from the roads.
Michael Tustin entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the drug limit when he appeared before magistrates on November 29.
The 57-year-old had been caught out at the petrol station in Hereford's Holmer Road after getting behind the wheel of a white Ford Transit van while over the drug-driving limit on August 11.

The petrol station had a Co-Op shop at the time of the offence, but is now an Asda.
A test revealed that he had 2.5 microgrammes of the controlled drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannibinol per litre of blood.
Tustin, of Hoarwithy Road, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120 for the offence.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £48 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims.
