A FORMER barber shop in a busy Hereford city centre street is on the market.
The shop, in Hereford's Eign Gate, is being marketed to let by agents Sunderlands for £10,000 per annum.
The agents said the ground-floor unit offers good ancillary facilities and new shop frontage in a prominent spot in the busy pedestrian area near other shops including Superdrug, Cafe Nero, and Ryman.
The shop is ready for fit-out, Sunderlands said.

Formerly Kings Barber, the shop includes a bright retail area to the front, along with toilet facilities, and a storage room, the agents said.
The Eign Gate area has seen plenty of changes in recent months and years, with a number of shops changing hands.
They include the former Iceland unit, which closed its doors to customers in September 2022, after the opening of the company's Food Warehouse outlet on the Salmon Retail Park in the city's Holmer Road.
But a new lease of life is soon to come to the former Iceland, which will be reopening in early 2024 as a St Michael's Hospice charity shop.
