A FLOOD alert is in place for the river Lugg.
The Environment Agency say that, even though levels are falling very slowly, they remain high at the Lugwardine gauge so the risk of flooding remains.
This could affect low-lying land and roads south of Leominster from Stoke Prior to Mordiford. Other locations that may be affected include Bodenham, Lugwardine and Hampton Bishop.

An Environment Agency spokesperson said: "We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation.
Please avoid using low-lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded."
The spokesperson added that an update will be provided by 10am on Saturday (December 23) or as the situation changes.
