MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
James Napier Henry Wilson entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 19-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a BMW in a 30 miles per hour limit on the A465 Aylestone Hill in Hereford on October 10.
Wilson, of Vine Tree Close, Withington, was fined £120 and received six penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £48 victim surcharge.

Jack Good entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 23-year-old Volkswagen Polo driver had been caught speeding in a 60 miles per hour zone on the A49 Leominster bypass on May 7.
Good, of Glangrwyney, Crickhowell, was fined £450 and received six penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £180 victim surcharge.
Wayne Bryan Black was proven guilty of one count of speeding to magistrates in Cardiff.
The court heard that the 60-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Ford Transit in a 30 miles per hour zone in Newport Road in Cardiff on June 8.
Black, of Eign Street, Hereford, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.
