A TRANSIT van driver is among those caught breaking the limit in Herefordshire.
Jason Donaldson entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 44-year-old Ford Transit driver had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour zone on Hereford's Aylestone Hill on May 18.
Donaldson, of Ledbury Road, Dymock, was fined £369 and received three penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £147 victim surcharge.

Slawomir Grzeszczyk entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 46-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Volkswagen in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A4110 at Canon Pyon in Herefordshire on October 7.
Grzeszczyk, of Welstholme Road, Belmont, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £264 victim surcharge.
Thomas Legh entered a guilty plea to one count of speeding to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard that the 39-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Volkswagen Transporter in a 30 miles per hour zone on the B4214 at Bishops Frome on May 13.
Legh, of Winslow, Bromyard, was fined £666 and received six penalty points. He must also pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £266 victim surcharge.
