A HOME in Herefordshire was left flooded in Storm Henk, with fire crews pumping water out of the house yesterday evening (January 2).
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (HWFRS) said: "A HWFRS crew from Kingsland Fire Station pumped out the property in Kingsland using an ejector pump.

"No other emergency services attended. The incident was marked as pending closure at 9.17pm."
There is currently a flood warning in place for the river Arrow, with the warning covering the Kingsland area as well as Eardisland. The Environment Agency's warning says: "River levels remain high at the Eardisland river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall.
Flooding is expected to continue. We expect rivers to remain high for several days. Please avoid using low-lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads near rivers."
