A MAN who harassed a woman with threatening messages has been banned from a Herefordshire village.
Asa Frayling entered a guilty plea to one count of harassment without violence when he appeared before magistrates in December.
The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 40-year-old had pursued a course of conduct which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of a woman in Kingstone, Herefordshire, between June 28 and July 3.

He had sent threatening voice messages and text messages, magistrates in Hereford were told.
Frayling, of Moor Park Road, Hereford, was handed an 18-month conditional discharge for the offence, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when coming to their decision.
He was also handed a 12-month restraining order banning him from contacting the victim or going to Kingstone, and must pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £26 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
