TWO people have been charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of a four-month-old baby from Gloucestershire.
Jack Wheeler, aged 30 and of Coachman's Court, Ledbury, and Melissa Wilband, aged 27 and from Newent, are due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court tomorrow, Friday, January 12.
Gloucestershire Police said Wilband was the mother of the child.

A police spokesperson said: “The pair have been charged with manslaughter and causing or allowing the death of a child.
“The four-month-old from Newent, Forest of Dean had been admitted to hospital on April 12 2020 and died on April 18 2020.
“Gloucestershire Constabulary’s Major Crime Investigation Team led on the investigation and the Crown Prosecution Service authorised charges.”
