A MAN responsible for several crimes in Hereford could be deported from the UK "at any point" following his recent release from prison.
Leszek Przewdziecki has recently been released from HMP Hewell, but "could be removed from the UK at any point", Hereford Magistrates Court heard.
Przewdziecki was in prison for an offence against an ex-partner, and has now been sentenced again for a string of further offences, including breaching a restraining order.
Przewdsiecki, a 41-year-old Polish national living at Prospect Walk in Hereford, pleaded guilty to breaching the order, as well as drug-driving, driving without a licence and insurance, and possessing amphetamines.

Magistrates disqualified him from driving for 12 months, said that his licence would be endorsed, and noted the possession of amphetamines on his file.
They said that he is subject to immigration bail conditions and must pay a victim surcharge of £154.
The Secretary of State is currently considering a deportation decision, the court heard.
