A GP surgery in Hereford has been rated as "good" by Care Quality Commission inspectors.
Cantilupe Surgery, in St Owen Street, is responsible for providing treatment to around 12,600 patients in Hereford.
At the time of inspection, December 6, 2023, the practice consisted of four GP partners, three salaried GPs, six advanced nurse practitioners, four nurses and two healthcare assistants.
The clinicians were supported by a practice manager, a deputy practice manager and a team of administration and reception staff.

The report states: "Cantilupe Surgery is located in Hereford and provides primary medical services to patients.
"The practice is within the NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board and delivers general medical services.
"Leaders advised they focused efforts on working to improve the systems for managing on-the-day requests for care.
"Patients unable to complete online forms were supported by practice staff to complete the online triage process.
"In recognition of the religious and cultural observances of some patients, the GP would respond quickly, often outside of normal working hours, to provide support.
"The practice was a veteran friendly practice, with the veterans service within the practice to support patients."
