HOMES in Herefordshire are without power this morning after Storm Jocelyn brought high winds to the county overnight.
The storm came hot on the heels of Storm Isha, which caused chaos on county roads at the weekend.
Homes across Herefordshire were left without power overnight as the storm hit.
And some remain without power this morning, as engineers work to fix damage to the network.
Power cuts
Hereford area
Homes in the HR2 8BU, HR2 8BX, HR2 8BZ postcodes are currently without power, National Grid said.
Power was previously expected to be restored by midnight, but is now expected to be restored by 10am.
Ross-on-Wye area
Homes in the HR9 5QS, HR9 5QU, HR9 5RF, HR9 5RH, HR9 5RJ, HR9 5SB, HR9 5SD postcodes are currently without power, National Grid said.
Power was previously expected to be restored by 7.30am, but is now expected to be restored by 1pm.
National Grid said both power cuts are 'high voltage' incidents.
According to the network provider, these incidents tend to be larger, affecting the wider area, and could mean your neighbours are off supply too.
Overnight, power cuts hit hundreds of homes in other areas of Herefordshire, including Leominster, and Preston-on-Wye. Those incidents have been resolved.
