A FORMER doctor's surgery in Herefordshire is on the market with new tenants wanted.
The surgery in Pembridge closed after NHS England confirmed in August 2014 that it was "no longer possible to maintain". It had been a branch of Kington Medical Practice.
The closure came after weeks of talks between NHS England, the Herefordshire Clinical Commissioning Group, around issues raised about access to the branch and the challenges in recruiting doctors for it, it was reported that year.
A second branch in Eardisley was also marked for closure in the same year due to the same problems.

The building is now being advertised by agents Jackson Property for £12,000 (leasehold) per annum.
The agents said the former surgery offers a detached 1970s building with "versatile accommodation", which includes a large reception or waiting room, reception office, and three further office or treatment rooms.
It also has a kitchen, two toilets, and further first-floor office space. Outside is a large hardstanding parking area.
"The property would suit a number of commercial or business uses," the agents said.
