ONE of Britain's most famous TV personalities has been seen in a Herefordshire supermarket.
Former Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond was spotted in Ross-on-Wye's Morrisons supermarket by Trudy Stanton-Barnes on Saturday (January 27).
Hammond lives in the nearby village of Weston-under-Penyard and is often seen shopping in Ross-on-Wye — but Mrs Stanton-Barnes jumped at the chance to grab a snap with him when she noticed him at the check-out this weekend.
Speaking about her unexpected celebrity encounter, Mrs Stanton-Barnes said: "I just asked if he would mind having a photo and he was really nice and said, "Not at all"."
