A HEREFORDSHIRE teenager had a birthday to remember thanks to a truck show.
Christopher Gibbons, who is from Bartestree, has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a genetic disorder that causes muscle weakness.
Because of his love for lorries, his carer, Bev Meredith and a group of people got together to make his 18th birthday extra special.

"Christopher likes to play a game called truck simulator so it gave me the idea to organise a private truck show," said Ms Meredith.
"I have a son, a brother and a son-in-law who are lorry drivers so I managed to get them to agree and put the word out to gain others.
"My daughter then emailed a couple, along with putting it on social media which brought others along.
"We had 15 lorries that attended the show. We then had a lorry go to Christopher's house to do a ring loop past his house and he followed it back to Bartestree Village Hall to be greeted by all the decorated lorries and a birthday cake.
"It really was a wish granted and we can’t thank the lorry drivers enough for taking the time to come."
