A HEREFORD restaurant is gearing up for a culinary challenge.
The Burger Shop, based in the Yard in Aubrey Street, is among the finalists of the National Burger Awards but to win they have to undergo a series of difficult challenges.
Owners and operators Dorian Kirk and Rupert Davison are amongst the staff preparing for the upcoming cook-off against the 15 other finalists across three distinct rounds.
The Burger Shop team will showcase their skills by crafting their signature burgers in front of esteemed judges, followed by the creation of a technical burger using a specific selection of ingredients provided on the day.
