STAFF and students at Mordiford Primary School near Hereford are celebrating after Ofsted inspectors rated it as "good" overall.
The inspectors, who visited the Church of England school in December said: "The motto to "treasure each individual" underpins the caring ethos in this school. It values every pupil and sees them as unique. Pupils like their teachers and enjoy learning."
The report says the school provides an inclusive education for the children of Mordiford.
"The school has effective methods in place to work closely with staff and parents and plan the support that pupils need and receive. Teachers adapt the curriculum to ensure pupils access adult help, specialist equipment and external advice," it said.
The inspectors talked to parents and children as well as staff, and said that they were "full of praise for the school".
The school was rated "outstanding" at its last inspection in 2010.

Headteacher Sue Warrington said: "Mordiford Primary School is a lively and caring place to work. Our lovely children thrive.
"This is the first inspection for 13 years so it was an interesting process to go through.
"We are really pleased with the outcome. We will be continuing to work and raise the bar even higher."
To improve, the school needs to continue to develop its curriculum, ensure that all reading books are suitable, and prevent children from becoming distracted and disengaged with learning.
